Before a product is listed
- Supplier documentation, licensing, and insurance are reviewed
- Product data, images, and specifications are checked for accuracy
- Manufacturer claims are reproduced as provided and never embellished
- Duplicate listings and mismatched SKUs are reconciled
- Restricted, prescription-required, and age-restricted items are flagged
- Listings remain unpublished until an administrator approves them
While a product is live
- Inventory and pricing synchronize from authorized feeds
- Supplier fulfillment performance is monitored
- Failed synchronizations raise alerts for review
- Lot, serial, and expiration data are tracked where applicable
- State-specific shipping limitations are enforced at checkout
- Low-stock and backorder states are shown honestly
When something goes wrong
- Product recall notices are published and affected customers are contacted where records allow
- Product complaints are logged and routed to the supplier or manufacturer
- Adverse-event reports are escalated according to documented procedures
- Return, refund, and replacement workflows are available through your account
- Order cancellation and split-shipment issues are handled by customer support
